FNB - still useless

I have been trying for several weeks to get a petrol card (which doesn't work - issued not working) cancelled. The Rondebosch branch routinely ignores emails. Logging a complaint on the website is worthless - they NEVER answer. My conclusion is that FNB does NOT want any customers. They are so BAD at everything.
