FNB still unhelpful

Such awful service from FNB. I am continuously shocked by how disinterested these people are. Thabiso has not rep**** to any of my emails and keeps on requesting for delegation of authority. This was done at the branch last year in June and all the documents have been emailed a number of times. Thabiso finally provided an email address that is incorrect. I am just appalled by the service.
