FNB still unhelpful

Once again, FNB do absolutely nothing in order to resolve the matter. They sent some emails in supposedly attempting to resolve the natter; all of these emails were empty promises as no one from FNB has even bothered to contact me. I sent them the proof of delegation of authority but FNB are turning out to prove themselves as beyond unhelpful. I sent a number of emails to them with no reply. Once again, they are proving themselves as below par in service.
