FNB still trying to force me to use the FNB Banking app.
I've made it clear on more than one occation. I want nothing to do with the FNB Banking app. Tied to access secure chat, to get hold of a consultant. And got stuck with a bot. Told it I wanted to reduce my credit card limit. And when it gave the option to reduce the credit card limit, it IMMEDIATELY ordered me to view the link with the FNB banking app. Enough with that ****, I am on a verified browser, on a clean computer. Stop forcing me to use that app that I do not trust.

24 Jan 2025, 09:49Finally got hold of a consultant, and when I explained what I wanted to do, she told me that she would get hold of the credit card department to assist with an increase of my limit. I immediately told her I wanted to DECREASE the limit, not increase. And the first thing she does is give instructions on how to reduce the limit, using the Banking app!
