FNB still taking my money after I asked them to cancel "Optional Debt Protection"

FNB is still deducting an Optional Debt Protection amount from my account even after several requests for it to be cancelled. Should it really be necessary to complain on a public forum to get service?

I have made multiple requests and FNB should have record of it. All communication was done via Please correct and refund.
