FNB still sucks

This review relates not to FNB the business, but specifically The FNB PayPal Forex Team Leader Pinky Dhladhla.

This TL has accomplished in one day what the relevant department (online banking) has failed at, dismally, for 40 days.

This speaks to the ingenuity and efficiency of the TL and reveals quite broadly how inept and possibly defunct FNB's Online Banking department is.

Kindest regards to Mrs Dhladhla for her dedication and time, and I feel it imperative to impress upon FNB the character of person they should be employing, the likes of this particular Team Leader, she is deserving of a bonus/raise/promotion!!!
