FNB still show a judgement against me after it was cleared 6 months ago!!!!!!!

I tried to apply for credit but was unsuccessful. The reason is that FNB still pick up a judgement against my name that was cleared 6 months ago. I have paid up letters and emails from the credit bureaus states that there is nothing in their records in my name. The call center agent also cleared the call today without resolving it. Another agent logged a call for me especialy for a teamleader or manager to call me, but no one called me.I hope this is not the way FNB treats all their clients. I want to know how can FNB still pick up a judgement against me if all the credit bureaus states that my name is now clean. I need someone in change to call me to resolve this.
