FNB Still providing bad service

So after FNB apparently rectified our account after my previous "hellopeter" review, for the home loan that should have been deducted from the relief fund they provided us with and not our regular bank acc, They still have not rectified the problem.

Home loan was not paid out of our relief fund and now we are behind. Thanks a lot FNB for affecting our credit score negatively.

Fix the problem and our account please.
