FNB still not sending inContact messages, and OTP codes via SMS

Still not getting InContact messages via SMS, FNB to this day is still insisting that I need to use their banking app, which I repeatedly said NON STOP I do not want, and never agreed to. They have my cellphone number for OTP codes and inContact messages, and they need to stop their cost saving nonsense and send me SMS messages, not banking app messages which only works when I am in an area where a working internet signal is.
