FNB still not give pension back.

I write a complaint last month about FNB Credit card division who took my pension money for a very old credit card. *** and still no refund. We did send LETHABO at credit card division all my Sequestration details of 2008 but no response. I can't believe they did this I am a month behind on my rent and the landlord ask me every day if the problem is solved. WHAT CAN I DO THEY JUST IGNORE ME TOTALLY. Do I put it on social media so the word can see it?
