FNB still not able to link my vehicle finance to my banking profile (even after my 1st hellopeter complaint).

I laid a complaint on hellopeter on 5 March 2019 after countless efforts, to get my vehicle finance linked to my FNB banking profile, were unsuccessful. The FNB reference number for my original complaint is ********** .

I received numerous calls from FNB after my complaint, yet my vehicle is still not linked to my banking profile. The reason why it is so important to get this linked is because it will count towards a rewards level on FNB's ebucks rewards program. I have now already lost out on the following ebucks due to FNB not being able to get my vehicle linked:

Ebucks received on 8 Feb 2019 = R49.90 (on level 3). I should have been rewarded on level 4 meaning I should have received R73.47 (on level 4).

Ebucks received on 8 March 2019 = R323.64 (on level 4). I should have been rewarded on level 5 meaning I should have received R625.21 (on level 5).

The cut-off date for the rewards to be awarded on 8 April 2019 was 29 March 2019 which means I will again be rewarded on level 4 and receive ebcuks of only R280, whilst I must in fact be rewarded on level 5 and earn ebucks of R540 for this month.

This inability to get my vehicle linked has now already cost me R580. Why is this so difficult to get this done? I moved to FNB in January just because of for your rewards program and now I am losing money because of this move. Please get this linked and if your are unable to do so please find a way to reward me on the correct level.
