FNB - STILL NO ASSISTANCE WITH PAID UP LETTER OR TRACING SETTLEMENTS on Loans

IT IS the 2nd review im writing, Day 24... Paid settlement on loan.... no one can trace the money, no one can put it in the account for settlement... no paid up letter... iv had 3 weeks of escalations and saying the found the money and will put it into account... then a week goes by... still nothing... useless team on every single department that cant sort this out... why should we pay settlements when our money is ****** and not funded into our accounts to settle!!!! disgusted in the service iv recieved.... i have attorneys and debt assistance 3rd parties helping me and FNB cant even give them updates either....
