Fnb still list me even though I am making payments

I changed banks due to employment with absa and I had to open a bank account with absa to get my salary. Fnb then stated that I am not depositing my salary so I have to pay the whole amount back for overdraft and revolving I have since made payment arrangements with hammond pole attorneys and have been paying the agreed amount every month but every month fnb is listing me on itc event hough I am making payment. This is now effecting my credit record. I will take legal. Action against fnb and if this is not sorted urgently I will post on social media about this bank and their ways
