FNB STILL issues with FICA

This is the 4th time this year that FNB threatened to close my business account due to FICA documentation that was given to them and sorted out in FEB 2015!!!!!!<br> <br> How can a bank continue to do business with such an attitude. Each time my personal business banker has to waste her time in fighting with call center operators in this regard.<br> <br> If this continues we will move the whole family and all related business and personal accounts to a bank that can actually manage accounts the way that is should be handled. Your systems and call centers is not linked and does not reflect the same status/es for client accounts. <br> <br> FNB get your admin SORTED!!!! this is the second complaint for the same issue in less than 2 months.<br> <br>
