FNB still ignoring my issue

I am extremely disappointed with FNB. This is now my follow-up review because I still have not received any assistance.No one has bothered to contact me or resolve the issue. The lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable.I expected better service from a bank I trusted,but at this point I feel completely ignored.It is unacceptable that a bank can ignore a customer for this long especially when it involves unexplained deductions. I lost trust in FNB.I need this matter resolved urgently. Thanks
