FNB STILL IGNORING ME " MY ACC IS BEING HACKED AND +R19K TAKEN FROM IT

My FNB account has been hacked since December 2020, I have made calls, emails, went to different FNB branches, i brought this issue up with you (Hello Peter), FNB responded to you, but no one spoke to me still, i went to ombudsman for banking services and still no response from my bank. Advise and support would be highly appreciated. I'm tired and exhausted trying to get FNB to look into my hacked account, now these ********* are not taking R1,200 only, they just took R9 400 from my account in and my bank has nothing to say to me, not even a simple email saying SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE, we looking into the matter! nothing.
