FNB (still) ignoring law and order

This is my 3rd complaint about the same thing.

After my business failed and a series of personal issues, I am insolvent. The High Court of South Africa sequestrated me months ago. The information was gazetted, sent via registered post, and sent via e-mail. FNB has multiple copies of the court order handed down by the judge. My estate is under care of a curator from whom FNB is supposed to claim the benefit set aside for them by the judge. All legal steps were correctly taken and FNB was notified.

Since then it has been e-mailed to various FNB departments 2-3 times a month, two HelloPeter complaints were logged, multiple discussions with your call centres, chats with your secure chat, Ombudsman complaint was logged, etc.

Despite the above FNB keeps harassing and threatening me *******ly, almost on a daily basis. FNB has no respect for the due course of law and seems to be nothing more than a loan shark type business. I have missed calls and left messages all the time. When I talk to your agents they claim they cannot see it on the system. This is impossible.

Please update your systems. Close all the accounts and loans as per the court order, claim from the insolvent estate, and stop harassing me. My next step will be to approach a lawyer and lay an harassment complaint against your business. You are not above the law. The incompetence and arrogance displayed by FNB is mind blowing. Are you a little mom & pop corner store money lender or a big bank that knows how the law works?
