FNB STILL IGNORE PENSIONER

FNB still ignore me about my pension they took from me. Every time I receive a mail that say the same thing. They are looking to help me well it's now 1 month and 8 days and they did nothing. Natasha mail me and ask for proof that I pay my pension in at the atm but NOTHING HAPPEND.
