FNB still hasnt issued my eBucks after they agreed that their data is INCORRECT

So after i posted how FNB *****ed up my double up on my Engen Fuel- they called me instantly, and havent heard much from them after then. I had to call them for updates.

Its been a week, and AFTER THEY AGREED THAT THEIR DATA didnt indicate the petrol station was indeed an Engen site, my double up points still hasnt been allocated. Its in the region of R1000 that i should have received.

FNB- please attend to my query and award my eBucks, as I did as your rules indicate - Fill up only at Engen. ITS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK WHETHER THE ENGEN STATION I FILL UP AT, IS LISTED AS AN ENGEN SITE ON YOUR SYSTEM.

I'm waiting on my eBucks.

So FNB has sent an automated reply- but has not contacted me. They tend to Reply so they create the perception that they take these complaints seriously. I called them today, and they have the same stance as they had a week ago...

The issue at hand:
I filled up at Engen totalling R2400 in September (at 2 different Engen sites).
They claim the R400 as fuel spend at a NON ENGEN site
Therefore i dont qualify for double up as I didnt ONLY FILL UP at Engen.

My response: Regal Motors is an Engen site- Google casn confirm this, and they can call the station to determine this, AND UPDATE THEIR SYSTEMS.

FNB Response: Please send proof of the transaction to confirm you bought fuel, and that it was NOT a convenience store purchase.

My response: You have already assumed it as a fuel purchase, thats why you said I didnt ONLY fill up at Engen.

FNB response: We need the proof of the transaction.

My Response: So ou agree its an Engen garage?

FNB: Yes

My response: Ok, and you know it was a fuel transaction?

FNB: Yes, thats why we said you didnt put in fuel ONLY AT ENGEN

My response: So why do you need the proof of the transaction?

FNB" Because we need to confirm that it was for fuel.

My response: So you dont know with cer*****y that it was for fuel or not, but you claimed I didnt FILL UP ONLY AT ENGEN?

FNB: We need the slip to prove it was for fuel or a convenience store purchase?

My response: Ok, so if you arguing that I maybe bought items from the convenience store, then its not a fuel purchase, so then EXCLUDE that transaction, and by default, i ONLY FILLED UP PETRL AT ENGEN SITES (the balance of my fuel spend of R2000).

FNB: No we need the proof of the transaction.

My Response: Maybe then the transaction didnt take place- and then by default, i only filled up at ENGEN- so please award my double up rewards.

FNB Response: No, provide proof of the transaction.

My Response: check my new posts on Hello Peter

FNB- You are dumbest bank of all, but you claim to be the most tech savvy. You are at fault, and I am 100% correct, and you are going to award my eBucks.

FNB agents and supervisors have been trained to deflect liability, and to not confirm that the customer is correct. They will argue a point, and I proved they are wrong, and by default I am correct.

They still refuse to issue my eBucks.

FNB systems are not updated with a list of all Engen sites, yet they claim fill up at Engen and earn double up rewards.

@Engen, FNB is dragging your name through the mud here- If my eBucks do not get awarded, I will change banks, and not fill up at Engen sites, as FNB is your partner. Theres no reason for me to fill up at Engen if I do not earn my eBucks.
