fnb STILL has not delivered the letter to Garca!

Weeks after I made a complaint about a promise fnb did not keep, even writing a review here, I STILL have no answer. I just get an email to say I must give them some number that I seriously don`t even know they gave to me and even if they did I do not have anymore... I keep on replying that I have no idea about this number but surely someone can just look at my profile and know what the issue is? Why pass the bucket? You might think you are winning time but you are pushing this client more and more away... This is truly PATHETIC!!!
