FNB Still forcing its clients to download its bankimg App to access relief during the Covid-19 pandemic

I sent an email a week ago to this bank seeking a reprieve from my personal loan which I have paid without fail since 2017, despite the same they nevertheless took my last money in my bank account and left it empty. I am now unemployed, and my practice is non-existent as a result of this Pandemic, and I have no more money to pay this loan. However, after two weeks of waiting for a response from FNB, they finally sent two emails today from a " Bradwyn Ogle" and "Thabi Tshabalala" respectively dealing YET again with the FNB banking App to be downloaded in order to receive relief from the Covid-19 pandemic. Extraordinarily Just two weeks ago in another sent to the Banking Ombudsman I dealt with a complaint dealing with the very same issue. SA including the entire planet is either in-operational, unemployed, starving or dying as a result of a worldwide PANDEMIC - YET FNB IS STILL FORCING US TO DOWNLOAD THEIR BANKING APP TO GET RELIEF DURING COVID-19. Naturally trying to contact FNB telephonically one requires air time in abundance. So while FNB continues to use discriminatory practices to exclude its long time clients, and after many years of benefiting from poor South Africans` this bank continues to benefit even in times of great suffrage of the same SA people. And while the head of this bank took to the streets in 2016 to march for the removal of our then Honourable President, this very same bank is slow to come to the aid to the plight of the many ordinary SA people (its clients) during this Pandemic. They will continue to **** SA and its people, and once done they can move on to the next lucrative developing nation.
