FNB still does not want new business!

Still going around in circles to open an account. Lodged a complaint-received a call from Ndivhuwo requesting I email documents - that was done on 21 September. Nothing happened! When I followed up I received an email from Faranaz Sated requesting the same documents. Rep**** with the email sent on 21 Sept, only to receive an email from Grant Plessis, stating Faranaz is on leave and the matter was referred to the Cash Investments team. Today I receive an email from FNB Retail stating: "Kindly visit your nearest FNB Branch or online the account Online. Once the account is opened kindly resend the documents and include the attached declaration form." This email does not even make sense, the person cannot even type a proper sentence. FNB clearly does not want my investment account so I'll go to another bank. Not going to waste anymore time with a bank that clearly see's my business as a waste of their time.
