FNB STILL breaking the LAW and NO RESOLUTION!

I paid Groenewald Lubbe the full settlement amount on my FNB overdraft on 3 September. Since then, I have been requesting details from Patrick:
1. Why my FNB online banking profile is STILL showing an amount of R9,000 outstanding when the account was paid in full on 3 September???

2. When I will get a response to my emailed questions about clearing the balance and the escalation process??

3. Escalation process to Ombudsman which has not been provided despite request, and is now in contravention of the NCA??

For 9 weeks now, I have had ABSOLUTELY NO CONCRETE FEEDBACK FROM FNB except for GLA's Patrick saying 'we are waiting for feedback from FNB'. The

I was told by GLA that they ARE FNB. I have this in writing. Then, when it suits you, you are actually NOT FNB??? Then I get an email saying 'I tried to contact you, please phone me on this CALL CENTER number'.

So why are you guys OPERATING AS FNB so quick to issue summons, threaten, phone, charge for phoning even when specifically requested to keep all correspondence in writing, yet UNBELIEVABLY SLOW in clearing the account or even having the common decency and good business practice to honour the NCA and clear my name?
