FNB still a nightmare

I have two complaints. Firstly, FNB responded to a complaint I made a couple of days ago by saying that they had contacted me privately. They have not done so. But now I have another complaint. I recently traveled to Singapore and cleared my credit card for use there. When I first arrived the card worked by tapping. Then it suddenly stopped working by tapping, but only by inserting the card and entering a PIN. This was very embarrassing, as in Singapore to use the card for bus or train travel you can only use it by tapping - there is no facility to swipe/insert a card or enter a PIN at railway stations or on buses. Today I received a new card - the old one expires at the end of the month - and have just discovered that it also does not work by tapping. I tried to address these two issues through the bank's secure chat function, but all I got was an automatic response (probably AI generated) directing me to a online card management function which does not address my problems. I have been an FNB customer since they were Barclays DCO, but am getting thoroughly fed up with the pathetic service I am getting recently.
