FNB STICK TO YOUR COMMITMENT I INSURED MY DEBT

Fnb credit card department won't pay for my credit card. Its been 2months now. They promised to pay for my credit for the next 12 months as I was affected by covid and they have all the records. Every month their collections department calls me and then tells me I am in arrears.If I ask them about the agreement, they say we are collections and not credit card department. Dont they communicate. Being in different departments doesnt mean you work for different companies. You are still one bank, be it different departments you are all FNB bank. I am tired of going through the same process every month.
