FNB STI terrible service

I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Lerato at FNB Short term insurance and is very dissapointed by the service I have received from them, firstly they dont keep you updated and when I send an email then they respond and with not much of an answer, firstly it took the assessor two weeks to send a report to them they received the report on the the 3rd of June and haven't provided me with feedback after a requested a copy of the assessors report. I emailed them on the 11th and they said that my claim is with management and they are awaiting feedback, I am still waiting for a reply or a report or something, if this service is this bad imagine how will it be once you take the car to be fixed I'm very very dissapointed
