FNB STI home service unacceptable service and after sales services

Short Term Insurance fails me once again....

April 2024 I got the electricity eart leakage switch replaced through a FNB STI home emergency service claim. I have a house contents cover policy with FNB STI (***)

Low and below TODAY it happens again, i.e. the switch needs replacing... I called FNB STI home services and got told that they can only assist us tomorrow.

I am unimpressed and will consider changing my policy to somewhere else as my fiance who is the bond holder with Standard Bank and has building cover, they managed to find a electrician to assist, so WHY CAN'T FNB STI?

This is unacceptable
