FNB, Steve was right to stick it out with Beep Beep bank.

I wish I could choose negative stars for the non service provided by FNB. I made a complaint last week and still no one has resolved it. I asked for advise on an account with lower bank fees and was told to look it up myself. When I asked why my business account was not closed yet I was told to go into a branch and close it myself. I'm not sure what is going on at FNB but I would strongly advise against them
