FNB *****sters

I recently opened an FNB cheque account and two weeks later when transferring money via their payshap option to my Capitec account, got two failed transactions. The money was not successfully transferred to my Capitec account and the money was never reverst back into my FNB cheque account. I took the time to call and inform the consultant Farhana and she informed that my money will reflect within 24hhours and still nothing. I then went onto their secure chat and guess what, I was sent right back to the banker who failed to assist. I am very unhappy with the fact that I must be the one running after money, money that I need and that belongs to me. Where is my money FNB?
