FNB *****sters

Can we be allowed to rate at 0 stars, on the 27th April 2024 I had received my salary. Happy me at a church conference, I thought on my return I'd be able to pay off my debts & enjoy my hard earned income. I had thought wrong, I realized that there were transactions that were going off from Orateaches Pty Ltd. I immediately blocked all my accounts & phoned FNB to alert them. They issued me with a case number & 14 day turnaround time for an investigation. Today is the 27th May, I still have not heard from FNB. Nobody has even bothered to text that the investigation is on. I am in the blank. I missed my payments for the month of May, tomorrow my salary is coming in & in so much trauma that the same will happen as last month. How do we get FNB to give me an indication as to how long should I wait? I had never approved for those transactions & FNB failed me as their customer.
