FNB STEAMGAMES *****
FNB somehow allowed steamgames to debit my account 6 times in 3mins for more money then I had in the account with no OTP approval. I am now in a negative balance owing money for these *****ulent transactions. FNB needs to answer how they are letting this happen as a quick google search shows me this has happened to other FNB bank holders. I need these *****ulent transactions returned immediately to my account. I cancelled my card shortly after the transactions.

27 Nov 2023, 10:46No response as yet to this query. Really dismal customer service FNB. I called in and after being on hold for 30 mins the call the was cut. FNB really needs to relook at the services team or risk losing long standing customers.
