FNB *****s your money on over charged fees

FNB constantly over charges me on fees that my account goes into a negative. After 2 purchases my account was charged over R500 on unpaid fees. I have had this reviewed so many times and promises of refunds for being charged never happen. What they say their pricing is and what they charge is 2 different amounts. Will rather work with cash than be a client of FNB
