FNB *****s your money !

Over one thousand rand are missing from my FNB Premier Cheque account. Online FNB website shows balance R1150 and available only R52. Where is the missing R1100 ? Tried to contact FNB but they are not responding. Will have to sue and close my account ! FNB ****** !
