FNB *****s your money

FNB stole money from my homeloan account.

When I questioned them they returned some of the money however can't even do basic calculations or offer an apology or explanation as to what happend.

When I ask them 4 basic questions that will assure me all the money has been returned they can't even reply to that. About R10k short from my account.

I have phoned., emailed and gone to the branch and not a single person can assist me with so much as an answer.

I would suggest if you have a homeloan account with them that you check your account regularly as they can't be trusted.
