FNB *****s our money!!

I have been waiting 3 months for FNB to pay back money that was transferred into my account. They keep asking me for a POP and I have sent this to them 6 times already!! The service is pathetic. The servicing people are *********** and the complaints department are even bigger imbeciles. Second of all FNB's fees are ridiculous! One of my debit orders for R100 bounced, they charged me a penalty of R115.00 this is so unacceptable. If the money had been returned into my account on time this payment would never have bounced. I am moving my account!! You should too!!
