FNB *****s our money

I have been having unauthorized debit orders from my account. This is very disturbing because that means I am not safe with the bank. I have disputed the debit orders but my problem is my credentials are unsafe with the bank. It was first the Talarabanian R119 twice in July & Aug2018 then a R105 in Dec 2018 now today 3Jan 2019 it’s BladeGuardBlade R109. I think it is about time I close my account because I am unsafe with this bank because if FNB works with these ******* for such small amounts then what will happen when they decide to take a huge amount of money. FNB may be the best & very convenient in electronic banking but I think it is time to part ways.

I requested an investigation by raising a query, I was given a wrong number to call and the company knew nothing about my debit order or my details, so to me FNB is just working with these people. I reraised it with FNB but my query was never attended. I also didn’t get reversals for the 2xR119 either.

I am sending this as an awareness to people about the ***** going on at FNB.

My number is ********** 292.

At least you made an effort to follow this through, however it doesn't solve the problem that your investigation led me to a company that doesn't know about my details. The only solution you have is to reverse & stop the debit order. What about my details that have been shared to third party....What about the masses that do not monitor what is going on their accounts..? I pay attention to detail hence I noted the R100 that were going off my account. I was also told even if I change to another bank it won't make any difference because it's a banking problem not an FNB issue per say....that then raises eye brows because then that says we definitely have a bigger problem.
