FNB *****s my family's food money again
FNB has disappointed me again. They automatically deduct R500 every month for my outstanding loan (Of which I never agreed to such debit)
Suddenly I received some money on the 20 October 2015 into my account and they debited R3014.52 which is the full outstanding amount on this loan without my explicit authorisation. This money was for my family's grocery for the month and today, being a Friday, have to go home and tell my family that we don't have any money for supper tonight.

THANK YOU FNB FOR MAKING MY FAMILY GO HUNGRY TODAY.

Further to that, this amount of R3014.52 is not even reflecting and they just deducted another R500 resulting in them now officially owing me money.
Since they deduct R500 every month, why must they also take out the previous money. I want the R3014.52 debited into my account today before I go home and face my wife, my 13yr son, my 6yr son and my 20month baby.
