FNB *****s Money by refusing to Close Share Builder Account

I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the service from the Call Centre on ********** 827.

I want to close one of my investments accounts however they are giving me the run around and are not talking to me. I have been to the branch to see if they are able to assist me, FNB Galleria tried as much as they could however this is not something they can control in the branch, its for the savings and investments division in FNB that need to close it.

I have logged support requests online, been to the branch and recently called the number above and when I told them they are not understanding me they cut the call.

This is unacceptable service, and as I have all the proof I need if this does not get resolved soon I will be pursuing the matter with my attorneys and FNB held liable for all the monthly costs of this account plus telephone bills, internet bills and the time they have cost me.

The way I see it, they are doing this to try and milk as much as they can out of me, I am paying for an account I cannot use. If anybody sees this review please DO NOT sign up for the FNB share builder account, once you do, they do not want to close it and you continuously pay the monthly fee for nothing. This is a **** and FNB should be ashamed of themselves.
