FNB *****s money

I am seriously disgusted in FNB!! I've just went through my bank statements from the last 2 months and almost R1000 has been taken off my account for ITEMS UNPAID or some or other nonsense! I want my money back FNB! This is serious bull**** you robbing people like this. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Either you refund me or I take it up with your customer service department myself. Either way I'm changing banks. You lot sicken me!!
