FNB *****S MONEY

I have a personal loan with FNB and because I ran into financial difficulties I went under Debt Review. FNB used to debit my cheque account before I went under debt review and since some miscommunication between my debt review people and FNB, FNB took it upon themselves to TAKE R22 000 out of my SMART account in which my provident fund was paid into. I needed my provident fund to live on because my husband lost his job and then FNB literally TAKE R22 000 from an account they never had authority to take my money from. That is *****ING !!! Please reverse that payment and then we can discuss payment ARRANGEMENTS !!!!!!
