FNB *****s from their clients!

FNB has not refunded me my money that was debited for September loans, even though I did not earn an income in September 2020. I app**** to fnblife to pay my September 2020 loans, fnblife never paid for the said month. When I received my uif terms on the 6th of October 2020, FNB debited loans for September 2020. I want my money back. FNB continues to ignore me regarding my refund for bank charges of R110 per transaction that they ran on my account knowing very very well I have no income, at times they would debit twice in 1 day per account. I want all my money back that they stole in a form of bank charges.
