FNB *****s from clients
I am an attorney so this is no small matter. Someone stole my card and somehow managed to draw 3000. I received an sms to this effect immediately and immediately called the ***** line, cancelled my card then went into the branch the next day and put everything through as asked for. My feedback? I don't get my money back because someone used my pin. Really FNB? NOT to mention the disgusting stinky attitude of everyone involved smugly telling me that if I want to do anything further I need to open a ******** case at the SAPS and we can view footage when their investigators are ready. Really? While ABSA AND STD BANK return money as they can look at the footage and not try to ***** from people? I will be closing my account and so will everyone I know who has one. Furthermore I will take this to the SAPS as luckily there is a cop who lives on the same premises as me and he as well as 4 other people know I was at home when this happened and despite your smug attitude at putting me in a quagmire of administration, I am used to it as I am an attorney. I wont let this go.nd you can do without the significant funds of myself and every person I know. FNB, it's how can we ***** you not help.
