FNB *****S CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!
The worst bank that I have ever had to deal with! A substantial amount of MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT BY FNB as my account was inactive for a short while. I have filled out a claim form and my account reactivated but FNB has not given me money back to date. No one from their consultants, branches or management can give me any answers as to where is my money and when will it be given back to me! So FNB has ****** MY MONEY!!!! To aggravate the circumstance further, their consultants on the their call line are rude and do not have product knowledge. You better off taking your money to another bank.

09 Sept 2021, 11:55Thank you, after posting my complaint on this platform, it was awarded the attention it deserved. It is unfortunate that the situation had to be escalated in the first place. If only the same service was received from the very beginning then FNB would be a formidable competitor to some other leading banks.
