FNB *****s Again

Please note that this is not the 1st time FNB *****s from me, In June it was R2100, I complained here on Hellopeter and they realized that I was wrongfully charged, and refunded some amount to my account. NOW this time my balance has gone to -R1211. The occurrence of events are ll similar, I used my Cheque acc on tollgates and that time it had quite a small balance in it, and the plan was to transfer funds to it after the long drive I was having. Before I even knew it, my balance sky rocketed to -R1211, and I'm quite sure tolls were about R300. FNB I PLEAD WITH YOU AGAIN, STOP *****ING FROM CLIENTS, and disguise it as charges on statements!! I want my money back asseblief.
