FNB *****ing your money with COVID as excuse!

FNB has this 'covid help'. They loaded a huge amount on profile yet they didnt actually help me at all with anything, now I just owe them this extra amount and nobody can tell me how its made up, the secure chat, call center and branches can provide no detail of how they get to this amount yet I now owe it suddenly and its even on my credit profile...
