FNB *****ing your money when you renew your license disc

Absolutely pathetic service and they actually ***** your money. I paid to get a license renewal. It took too long so I went from post office to post office and got it sorted myself. They ended up printing the ALREADY paid for license renewal and took my money. I escalated no one called me back. I have a private banker I can't even get a hold of. Bad bad bad bad service Absolutely bad...
