FNB *****ing small amounts of money at a time by not reflecting these deductions on our accounts

So there are a few things:

Number 1,last month a debit ordee went off before my salary came in, fnb paid it out of a nevative balance and charged me R50 a day my account was in excess, but they have never done it before nor after, this month, it didnt happen??? Now they just bounce my debit orders and charge me R150 fee on a R650 debit order????

Secondly on my business account what is the value added services fees i get charged for every month on my account??? Everytime a transaction goes through FNB charges me a fee immediately, but then month end comes and my R80 monthly account fee goes off, a R6.50 value added service fee goes off, a R202 service fee and a R18.20 cash deposit fee??? What are all these fees for when i only have an R80 business account????

Number 3: There is an amount of R18 that keeps going of my account, everytime i log into my account its on - R18 but that R18 does not reflect on my statement or transaction history. Yesterday for instance i transferred my remaining money to my savings account. My business account balance was R0. Then R500 was transferred to my account and a debit order attempted to go off which bounced and FNB charged R150. However there was only R331 left in my account. So where is that other R19 it doesnt reflect. This is one of numerous examples of this R18/R19 missing from my account.FNB is *****ing small amounts of money at a time by not reflecting these deductions on my accounts

If the misisng funds dont get allocated back to my account and traced i will close my business account with FNB.
