FNB *****ING PENSIONERS MONEY

I phoned FNB ***** line this morning speaking to a Mina Matebula. My mom whom is a pensioner holds a acc with Absa and suddenly there is a R1000 CREDITORDER from FNB deducted and obviously she can not afford this . I want all monies paid back to her plus all costs incurred. I was furious as this agent refused to log this as ***** which it is . The number from FNB showing on my moms acc is ***. It seems as FNB thinks it is ok to ***** from old people
