FNB *****ing my money

FNB is taking +R500 loan repaying from my account . I did NOT go through with loan application. To make matters worse, they assigned a loan account to me even though they did not pay me. Please reverse my money, interest charged and close the account that is under my profile. This is ***** and *****ing.
