FNB *****ing my money

FNB has debited my account without my authorisation & without communicating to me.

2 months ago I made a FOREX transaction. At 1:22am this morning I got a transaction with a reference number of ZBD FX IBJBR02090... for R135.30.

I panicked as this is a weird reference number, at a strange time & without my knowledge nor my consent. I called the Call Centre & it seems like it's FNB that is **********ly debiting my account.

When doing the Forex transaction, I was quoted (exorbitant) costs & debited then. Why was there no communication about this ********** looking transaction? Why all the hiding & secrecy? Why the exploitation? Why the obscure reference number & ridiculous & delayed timing?

This is disgusting customer service. Why hide costs & then use obscure reference numbers? Why do you have to resort to hiding & then *****ing from customers?

This is a most unpleasant experience.
